What is the purpose of the HOA?
The HOA exists to maintain the appearance of the neighborhood, manage community resources, and create a safe, welcoming environment for all homeowners.
What are my HOA dues used for?
HOA dues are used to fund community maintenance, landscaping, utilities for shared spaces, as well as to ensure the smooth operation of the association.
Are there restrictions on renovations to my home?
Yes, exterior renovations must comply with HOA guidelines. Please review the guidelines or contact the HOA board for approval before starting any projects.
How can I get involved in the community?
Join us for HOA meetings, volunteer for committees, or participate in neighborhood events. Your input and involvement make a big difference!
